After several hospitality and municipal restroom modernization projects between 2021 and 2025 exposed recurring problems with older oil-rubbed bronze hands-free faucets developing unstable infrared response, premature finish wear, and delayed shutoff timing, we upgraded multiple facilities to this commercial touchless faucet system, and by 2026 the operational consistency has remained substantially more dependable than previous decorative commercial fixtures maintained in the same environments. Earlier oil-rubbed bronze systems frequently showed uneven finish aging and required repeated recalibration near reflective wall materials during heavy public operation, whereas this faucet maintained highly accurate infrared responsiveness with smooth and balanced water delivery throughout continuous daily usage. Previous decorative sensor fixtures also struggled with moisture-related surface deterioration under aggressive cleaning schedules, while this finish retained a considerably stronger appearance with noticeably lower maintenance effort. A few installations initially required minor sensor refinements because of varying sink configurations and lighting exposure, but once calibrated the infrared timing stability, valve regulation, and overall servicing reliability remained highly uniform across all installed locations.

Very nice dark orb finish. It's hard to find like this sensor faucets! We have got to know about Bath Select chicago Motion Sensor faucets from our local commercial contractor for my new apartments they helped us in ordering. Installation went well and this is a quality unit. Looks beautiful and so modern. Highly recommended
